What Products Are Warranted?

At iRoot, we ensure our products meet high-quality standards. The following items are covered under warranty:

  • Earphones & Headphones – Covers manufacturing defects and functional issues.
  • Adapters & Cables – Protection against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • iPhone Batteries – Warranty applies to performance-related failures, excluding improper usage.
  • Car Chargers – Covers charging malfunctions due to internal defects.

Our warranty applies only to products purchased from authorised retailers and does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

 

Where to Go for Warranty Service?

For warranty claims, contact us at support@amaztecstore.com with your proof of purchase and product details. After verification, we will guide you through the next steps, including repair, replacement, or service options.

 

Can I Exchange or Return an Item?

Yes, we have a 7-day return policy, allowing returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, email support@amaztecstore.com. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

When Is the Warranty Not Provided?

The iRoot warranty does not cover:

  • Physical Damage – Cracks, dents, or damage from drops and impacts.
  • Water or Liquid Damage – Unless the product is specifically labeled as waterproof.
  • Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications – Products altered or repaired by unauthorised service providers.
  • Normal Wear & Tear – Fading, scratches, or cosmetic damage.
  • Missing Proof of Purchase – Warranty claims require a valid receipt.
