Return & Exchange Policy
At Amztor, customer satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not meet your expectations, we will do our best to resolve the issue fairly and efficiently.
This policy applies within Qatar and explains the conditions, timelines, and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. General Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories included.

A valid purchase invoice is required for all returns.

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

Products sold as bundles or sets must be returned in full.

Items that show signs of misuse, damage, or tampering will not be eligible.
2. Electronics & Mobile Accessories

All electronics and accessories are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty (where applicable).

Warranty service is provided by the manufacturer or their authorized service centres. Amztor will assist in facilitating the process but is not responsible for service timelines.

Defective items can be returned within 7 days of purchase for replacement, subject to inspection.

Repairs for warranty claims may take up to 14 business days, excluding time needed to source spare parts.
3. Damaged or Defective Items

Any product that is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence.

Upon approval, Amztor will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds or replacements are processed within 3 working days after the returned item is inspected.
4. Exchanges (Size, Colour, or Model Variations)

Exchanges are possible if the requested variant is available.

The original item must be returned first for inspection before an exchange is processed.

Approved exchanges will be shipped within 3 working days.
5. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in Qatari Riyals.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are provided in cash or via bank transfer.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection of the returned item.

If an order qualified for free delivery and is later returned in full (or partially reducing the order below QAR 100), a QAR 10 delivery fee may be deducted.
(Note: Once card or online payment options are introduced, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.)
6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.

If cancelled after dispatch, delivery and collection charges may apply.

Amztor reserves the right to reject fraudulent or baseless claims.
7. Important Notes

No exchange will be processed without returning the original item.

Customers must ensure returned products are securely packaged to prevent transit damage.

Amztor reserves the right to update this policy in line with Qatar’s Consumer Protection Laws.
