Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from amztor.com and is non-transferable.

It covers eligible electronics, mobile accessories, and related merchandise sold by Amztor.

 

Proof of Purchase

To access warranty services, customers must present the original purchase invoice.

This will be used to verify the product’s serial number (if applicable) and confirm the warranty period.

 

1. Standard Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty coverage applies only to products that explicitly include a warranty in their product listing or warranty certificate.

  • Coverage is limited to manufacturing defects or faults in materials that affect the normal use of the product during the stated warranty period.

  • For electronics and accessories, warranty service is provided directly by the manufacturer or their authorized service agents, in line with their official policies and timelines.

  • If repair or replacement is not practical, Amztor may facilitate a refund or store credit, subject to approval.

  • All products sold comply with Qatar safety regulations and meet relevant international quality standards.

 

2. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, cosmetic damage).

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or negligence.

  • Improper storage, exposure to unsuitable conditions (heat, humidity, dust, or liquid damage).

  • Electrical damage caused by incorrect voltage, current, or power surges.

  • Accidental or intentional damage.

  • Use of non-genuine or unauthorized accessories.

  • Products that have been opened, repaired, or altered by unauthorized parties.

  • Software-related issues, viruses, or errors caused by user-installed applications.

  • Consumable items (such as charging cables, screen protectors, batteries, and similar parts)

  • unless clearly specified in the product listing.

 

3. Repair & Service Timeframes

  • For eligible electronics and accessories, repairs are generally completed within 14 business days,

  • excluding the time required to source spare parts from the manufacturer.

  • In cases where repair is not possible, a replacement or refund may be offered, subject to product condition and warranty terms.

 

4. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds for defective products are processed in accordance with Amztor’s official Return & Exchange Policy.

 

5. Responsibility for Warranty Service

  • Warranty services, spare parts availability, repair quality, and service timelines are the responsibility of the manufacturer or their authorized service provider.

  • Amztor will assist in facilitating warranty claims but is not responsible for the execution or quality of third-party warranty services.

  • Customers with unresolved warranty concerns may contact the manufacturer’s service centre directly for support.
