Returns Policy

At Amztor, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

We will bear the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of an error on our part (e.g., receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item). For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider and may take 5 to 10 business days.

How to Return an Item:

1. Log in to your Amztor account.
2. Navigate to "My Account" and select the "Completed Orders" link.
3. Click the “Return Item(s)” button for the order you wish to return.
4. Follow the prompts to complete the return process. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
